Students applying for Educational Enhancement Grants (EEGs) are strongly encouraged to begin the application process by reviewing the Applicant Instructions. There are specific criteria you must follow when submitting your EEG application.

Types of EEG funding


The Graduate Student Organization (GSO) provides educational enhancement grants (EEGs) for the following activities:

1.  Travel associated with presenting a paper/poster at a professional conference.

2.  Consumable research supplies/equipment needed for thesis/dissertations.

3.  Training resulting a certification.

4.  Travel associated with attending a professional conference.

Graduate students are limited to one EEG per academic year.

EEG Deadlines

The deadline to apply for Educational Enhancement Grants for Fall term is November 19, 2009.

The deadline to apply for Educational Enhancement Grants for Spring term is  March 31, 2010.
